Refund policy

Every account gets a full free week before paying anything, with no payment details needed. That week is the trial, so lifetime license sales are final.

When we do refund

You were charged twice, or charged by mistake.
The license wouldn't unlock your account and we couldn't fix it.
The law where you live gives you a right to a refund. We always honour it.

How to ask

Email shekhaliul44@gmail.com with your order ID from the receipt. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method by Dodo Payments, our Merchant of Record.
